Some things I have learned while being gluten free...
DO NOT CHEAT! Not only is it nor fair to your body it isn't fair to your family! I get so sick for days if I allow gluten into my diet. That is not to say I am not still tempted but I have found ways to get the food I want/crave the most and it still be healthy for me. Since this journey I have lost a lot of weight, but I would say if you are going g free to loose weight not to do that. Just join Weight Watchers and enjoy a gluten filled sandwich for me!
